Dear Edmundians,
We are pleased to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at our upcoming St. Edmund’s College Careers Fair, taking place on Friday 27th February 2026 in the Butler Hall. This event is designed specifically for our College students, who are beginning to make important decisions about their career next steps.
As part of our whole-school careers education programme, the Careers Fair plays a key role in providing students with meaningful encounters with employers and professionals. Our aim is to support students in developing a strong understanding of the opportunities available to them, while helping them build the confidence, curiosity, and ambition needed to make informed decisions about their future.
We warmly welcome our Alumni to take part as exhibitors and your involvement would offer our older students a rich and realistic insight into the world of work.
We would value your presence as an exhibitor because:
· Real-world insights – you will be able can share up-to-date, practical experiences from their industries.
· Relatable role models – Students often find it easier to connect with people who once stood exactly where they are now.
· Networking opportunities – Students’ professional networks can be expanded in a safe and supportive environment.
· Industry connections – Alumni often bring links to employers, internships, and job openings.
· Inspiration and motivation – Your career stories can inspire confidence in students exploring their own paths.
· Personalised advice – Alumni can provide tailored guidance on job search strategies, CVs and interviews
What our students will gain:
· Insight into a variety of career paths as they prepare for their next chapter
· First-hand accounts of professional journeys, helping them understand the skills, qualifications, and personal qualities that support success.
· Greater confidence and clarity in planning their next steps beyond school.
· Motivation and inspiration from real stories of career development, challenges, and achievements.
